Richard is a Master’s level Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years
clinical experience. His journey has seen him work in the NHS, private practice and predominantly elite sport in the UK and North America. He has worked at Crystal Palace FC, Brentford FC, Watford FC, Wigan Athletic FC, Montreal Impact FC, Scottish Men’s National Team and he is currently the Head of Medical Services at West Ham United FC.
Clare offers a unique, yet transformative, approach to the area of physical and emotional wellbeing. As a certified Personal Development Coach, working within her business Moment Bank, Clare helps clients unlock their ability to act upon their intentions and goals. Clare will share her practical methodology to support guests with their mindset and motivation. Clare's expertise rests upon her degree in Psychology and Intellectual Thought, professional coaching and careers within the education and care sectors.
Matt is an applied sport scientist, strength and conditioning coach and widely published scientific researcher in human performance. He completed his PHD in workload, performance and immunoendocrine response monitoring in elite level professional football players in 2021 and previously worked in full time professional football for 15 years, leading sports science departments.
